Total Quality Commitment
All Wheaton agents participate in the
Total Quality Commitment (TQC) Program. The TQC Program measures
our agent’s performance in several categories. The main purpose of
the TQC Program is to foster a culture of continuous quality
service and improvement aimed at achieving and maintaining total
customer satisfaction.
The following chart is a breakdown of the specific items measured
in the program. Agents are provided financial and recognition
awards for superior performance in the TQC Program.
Continuous training
Wheaton knows that technology and the needs of our customers are
always changing. To stay ahead of the times, Wheaton offers
continuous, comprehensive training and certification programs for
its agents, drivers and corporate employees. We educate and develop
the skills of our employees on an on-going basis to provide
relocation services at the highest levels.
Agents, drivers, salespeople and corporate staff have access to a
variety of online training tools, certification programs and
hands-on skill enhancement modules that ensure they’re up to speed
on the latest techniques.
