Von Sydow's Moving & Storage Becomes Agent for Wheaton World Wide Moving
Palatine, Ill. — Von Sydow’s Moving and Storage, Inc. – in business for more than 122 years in the Chicagoland-area – has affiliated with Wheaton World Wide Moving, the nation’s sixth-largest van line. The affiliation between Von Sydow’s and Wheaton means the moving company will begin transporting interstate shipments of household goods under the Wheaton flag beginning March 1, 2010.
As a charter member of Allied Van Lines, Von Sydow’s operated under the Allied brand for more than 82 years. The change to Wheaton represents Von Sydow’s desire to work with a van line that better represents its own customer-first philosophy.

Von Sydow’s – owned by Brad, Judy and Kris Von Sydow – is a fifth generation, family-owned moving company. Headquartered in Palatine, the company has warehouse facilities with a total of 20,000 square feet of storage space. Von Sydow’s performs local, interstate, international, office and industrial relocations for its residential, corporate and commercial customers.
