All Wheaton Agents participate in the Total Quality Commitment (TQC) Program. The TQC measures our Agent’s performance in several categories. The main purpose of the TQC Program is to foster a culture of continuous quality service and improvement aimed at achieving and maintaining total customer satisfaction.
