NEW AGENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Chase Moving & Storage recently joined Wheaton World Wide Moving’s agency network as an interstate agent. Previously affiliated with Allied Van Lines, Chase Moving & Storage joins about 350 Wheaton agents across the country.

Ron and Kristie LaFountain, now the owners of Chase Moving & Storage, set their sights on small business ownership, leading them to purchase a local moving business that had been in operation since 1908. When it came time to decide whether to stay with Allied Van Lines or move to another van line group, the LaFountains decided that Wheaton World Wide as an employee-owned company would be a great fit for them.
The LaFountains not only look out for their customers, but also for their employees.
“Our employees are some of the nicest people I know and are the hardest workers,” Ron LaFountain said. “We have personally picked every one of them and care deeply about them.”
The team at Chase Moving & Storage participates in their community in a number of ways, including through lending equipment to small business exhibits and donating goods to local charitable organizations. One of the causes the team has been involved in is an event to support disadvantaged youth, a sleepout – meaning participants spend a cold and wet night under the stars in the cold winter weather.
