We want every move to go perfectly but sometimes, there are
bumps in the road. When mistakes happen, Wheaton wants to ensure we
do everything we can to resolve the problem. If you need
information or help filing a claim for damage to one of your items
that occurred during your move, one of our professional claims
representatives can help you. Just call 1-800-932-7799 and ask to
speak to a claims representative. Or contact us electronically if you
prefer.
For your convenience, a claim form can be downloaded and submitted
to our Claims Department. A claims adjuster will be assigned to
review the claim and contact you, if necessary, with any further
instructions.
Please print out the form, complete it and fax it to the Wheaton
Claims Department at 1-317-570-4633. Forms may also be mailed to
Wheaton World Wide Moving, P.O. Box 50800, Indianapolis, IN,
46250-0850 or emailed to claims@wvlcorp.com.
