Can I get a moving quote during COVID-19?
Yes, you can still receive a moving quote during the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re offering virtual survey options so our customers and employees can stay safe and practice social distancing. Our alternative options include:
- The telephone survey allows you to talk with your Wheaton representative over the phone about your belongings. The representative may ask for photos of your home and items in order to provide a more accurate price.
- The video survey takes about one hour to complete. During that hour, your Wheaton agent will lead you through every step of the way so you have the confidence that nothing is left out of the survey.
- The artificial intelligence (AI) survey is similar to the video survey. However, there are no Wheaton representatives involved in the initial step of the AI method.
We can also complete in-home surveys if that’s what you prefer. Your Wheaton representative will arrive with personal protection equipment (PPE) and will greet you with a wave instead of a handshake.
